Siamo così felici di ospitare questo evento Acroyogico nella cittá di Modena, riuniamo tutti gli acroyogis italiani e non solo per apportare ancora più forza e unione a questa grande, bellissima e promettente comunità.

Il FESTIVAL è basato sul lavoro di volontari. Gli insegnanti sono volontari e condivideranno i loro talenti e capacità al servizio di questo bellissimo progetto.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellazione 60 giorni prima dell'evento permette di recuperare l'intero importo sottraendo una tassa amministrativa di 20 Euro. Cancellazione 30 giorni prima dell'evento, 50% del biglietto. Dopo il 7 agosto 2018 tutti i pagamenti non sono rimborsabili per nessuna ragione, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo, malattie, cause di forza maggiore, problemi relativi al viaggio etc. La cancellazione deve essere effettuata scrivendo a info@wap-festival.it

♥ ♥ ♥ Wonderland Acro Play festival is back for 2018! ♥ ♥ ♥
We are so happy to present the third edition of the this wonderful acroyoga event in the city of Modena. Again this year we'll bring together all the Italian acroyogis and many more to bring even more strength and union to this beautiful community.
🏔 WHERE: Modena, Female Arts Studio
🌳 FOR WHO: All those who love and want to practice acroyoga. Suitable for all levels even beginners :)
The FESTIVAL is based on the work of volunteers. Teachers are volunteers who will share their talents and abilities at the service of this beautiful project.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE (Will be updated with more detail)
7-9 September
16.00 Friday: Workshops + Opening ceremony + Bhakti party
20.00 Saturday:Workshops + Performance + Wonderland Party
16.00 Sunday: Workshops + Closing Ceremony
Note that prices do not include the association card fee for WAP of 5€
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 days before the start regain the full amount subtracting an administration fee of 20 Euro. Cancellation 30 days before the start regain 50% of the paid amount. After that all payments are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, acts of God, or travel-related problems. Cancellation must be done writing to info@wap-festival.it

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
