Il progetto vuole portare allโattenzione della cittadinanza i temi delle migrazioni forzate e dei sistemi di accoglienza per persone richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale. Lโobiettivo รจ quello di aprire un confronto tra gli attori dellโaccoglienza e i cittadini per contribuire allโabbattimento di stereotipi e pregiudizi affrontando in maniera franca opportunitร e problematiche che il fenomeno delle migrazioni forzate porta con se e cercando di trovare risposte possibili e favorire i processi che portano le persone richiedenti e titolari di protezione internazionale verso unโautonomia e unโintegrazione nella comunitร .

Teatro Magro รจ giunto al terzo anno consecutivo del progetto SUB.ITA. Progetto sostenuto da Fondazione Alta Mane Italia e Comune di Mantova in stretta collaborazione con il progetto SIPROIMI_ENEA (servizio territoriale promosso dal Ministero dellโInterno per l'accoglienza di richiedenti asilo e rifugiati con l'obiettivo di riconquistare la completa autonomia delle persone accolte e provenienti da migrazioni forzate)
In 2 anni il progetto ha realizzato 8 percorsi annuali di laboratorio in presenza e in remoto, 2 workshop e la visione di 3 spettacoli avvicinando al teatro circa 50 migranti, alcuni dei quali presi in carico dai servizi locali di Mantova e Provincia in un percorso di inserimento socio-culturale grazie all'esperienza di Teatro Magro che attraverso l'arte del teatro e della ricerca artistica promuove lโintegrazione sociale favorendo il radicamento nel territorio di persone che vivono in situazione di
fragilitร .
