Il System Open Series è stato un enorme successo per X-Wing e vogliamo invitare tutti i giocatori, esperti e non, a prendere parte a una 2-giorni interamente dedicata a X-Wing!
Sulla scia del successo dello scorso anno, proponiamo 2 tipologie di biglietto:
Captains Ticket: €25
Il Captains Ticket consente l'accesso al main event e a tutti i side event nel corso del weekend.
Admirals Ticket: 60€
L'Admiral Tickets consente l'accesso al main event e a tutti i side event, inoltre include un playmat stellare di Mandalore esclusivo del System Open (fino a esaurimento).
Struttura dell'evento:
Main event
Le registrazioni per il main event aprono sabato mattina alle 8:00 e terminano tassativamente alle 9:30.
Day 1
Il Day 1 partirà con 3 round di svizzera. I giocatori con 1 o meno vittorie entreranno nel side event Hangar Bay. I giocatori con 2 o più vittorie giocheranno altri 3 round, al termine dei quali tutti i giocatori con 5 o più vittorie si qualificheranno per i round eliminatori del Day 2. I giocatori che non si sono qualificati per i round eliminatori entreranno nell'Hyperspace Qualifier del Day 2, insieme a tutti i giocatori dell'Hangar Bay.
Day 2
I giocatori che si sono qualificati per i round eliminatori possono registrarsi domenica mattina a partire dalle 8:00. Le registrazioni chiuderanno alle 9:00, al termine delle quali avranno inizio i round eliminatori.
Side Event
Hangar Bay:
Tutti i giocatori del main event non qualificati per la seconda parte del Day 1 possono registrarsi per il side event Hangar Bay.
Hyperspace Qualifier:
Tutti i giocatori del main event non qualificati per i round eliminatori possono registrarsi per il side event Hyperspace Qualifier. Le registrazioni aprono alle 8:30 e chiudono alle 9:30. L'evento avrà inizio subito dopo la partenza dei round eliminatori. Questo torneo sarà di 6 round con supporto premi aggiuntivo, incluso un invito al Coruscant Invitational per tutti i giocatori imbattuti. I giocatori nei round eliminatori possono partecipare a questo evento quando esclusi dall'altro fino all'inizio della top8, segnando un bye per ogni round saltato.
Convenzioni Vitto e Alloggio
Hotel Castello si occuperà di coordinare tutte le prenotazioni negli hotel della zona. Inviate una mail a info@hotelcastello.com con oggetto "Prenotazione Asmodee - Aprile" specificando i vostri dati assieme alle notti e ai pasti di cui volete usufruire.
--- ALLOGGIO 4 STELLE: Singola 54€, Doppia 59€, Tripla 84€, Quadrupla 99€ (per notte, tasse di soggiorno escluse, prima colazione inclusa).
--- ALLOGGIO 3 STELLE: Singola 44€, Doppia 52€, Tripla 75€, Quadrupla 89€ (per notte, tasse di soggiorno escluse, prima colazione inclusa).
--- RISTORANTE: Pizza 12€, salsicce+patate 12€, primo+contorno 11€ (bibita e caffé inclusi), oppure sconto del 10% sul menu alla carta.
IMPORTANTE: Viste le tempistiche dei tornei, consigliamo la scelta delle offerte ristorante solo la sera, quando avrete tutto il tempo per mangiare, giocare liberamente o farvi un giro. Durante il torneo è invece disponibile un servizio bar/panini super rapido a orario continuato!

The System Open series has been a massive success for X-Wing and we invite players of all abilities to come along an take part in two days of X-wing.
Following its success last year there are two ticket options again:
Captains Ticket: € The Captains Tickets gives you access to the main event and all side events over the weekend
Admirals Ticket: € The Admirals Ticket gives you access to the main event and all side events and also includes a System Open exclusive star field playmat of Mandalore. (these tickets are limited)
Event structures:
Main event
Registration for the main event opens at 8am on Saturday morning and closes at 9.30am sharp.
Day 1 will start with 3 rounds of swiss. Players with 1 or fewer wins will be entered into the Hangar Bay side event. Players with 2 or more wins will play a further 3 rounds and after this all players on 5 wins or more will qualify for the elimination rounds on Day 2. Players who did not qualify for the elimination round will we added to the Hyperspace Qualifier on Day 2, along with all the players from the Hangar Bay
Players who have qualified for the elimination round can register from 8am on Sunday. Registration will close at 9am with the elimination rounds starting soon after.
Side Events
Hangar Bay: All players from the main event who do not qualify for the second part of Day 1 can register for the Hangar Bay side event.
Hyperspace Qualifier: All main event players not in the elimination rounds can register for the Hyperspace Qualifier. Registration opens at 8.30am and closes at 9.30am. the event will start after the elimination rounds have started. This is a 6 round tournament with extra prize support, including an invitation to the Coruscant Invitational for all unbeaten players. Players in the elimination rounds can enter this event as they are knocked out up until the top8. They enter this event with byes for the rounds they have missed.
Board & Lodging Agreement
Hotel Castello will take care of all the bookings in the nearby hotels. Please send an email to info@hotelcastello.com with subject "Prenotazione Asmodee- Aprile" with your data, how long you will stay and how many meals you will reserve.
--- 4* ACCOMODATION [# of person/price per room per night]: 1/54€, 2/59€, 3/84€, 4/99€ (breakfast included, city tax not included)
--- 3* ACCOMODATION [# of person/price per room per night]: 1/44€, 2/52€, 3/75€, 4/89€ (breakfast included, city tax not included)
--- MEALS: Pizza 12€, Sausages&Potatoes 12€, First course + Side dish 11€ (everything with drink and coffee included), otherwise 10% discount on à la carte menu.
PLEASE NOTE: Lunch time will be tight during tournaments, so we suggest to reserve your meals just for dinner. There will be a fast full-time bar with sandwiches throughout the duration of the tournament!

La première chose à faire est de vérifier vos filtres de spam et votre boîte mail. Vos billets ont été envoyés en tant que pièce jointe et peuvent être considérés comme spam par certains services de messagerie. Sinon, vous pouvez toujours trouver vos billets sur votre compte Billetto auquel vous pouvez accéder dans les navigateurs ou l'application Billetto. Pour plus d'aide à ce sujet, consultez ceci.

Je souhaite annuler mon billet et me faire rembourser. Que dois-je faire ?
L'approbation des remboursements est entièrement décidée par l'organisateur de l'événement, et vous devez prendre contact avec lui pour discuter des options s'offrant à vous. Pour contacter l'organisateur de l'événement, il suffit de répondre à l'e-mail de confirmation de votre commande ou d'utiliser le formulaire "Contacter l'organisateur" sur le profil de l'organisateur. Consultez la page de confirmation de votre commande ou l'e-mail de confirmation de votre commande. En général, l'organisateur de l'événement fournit les détails dans l'e-mail de confirmation de la commande ou il peut vous envoyer un e-mail de suivi avec un lien vers son événement en ligne. Vous pouvez également consulter la description de l'événement sur Billetto où l'organisateur de l'événement devrait décrire comment rejoindre l'événement en ligne.
