Iniziamo con antipasto, durante l'antipasto ci sara una dimostrazione di Massaggio Balinese.
Bevanda di benvenuto " Teh jahe bali" ( tè e zenzero alla balinese) e lumpia goreng ( involtini primavera fritti)
Piatto Unico :
Ayam betutu, jukut urap, sambal matah, sate lilit, nasi putih
(pollo speziato con erbe e radice, insalata alla balinese, salsa di citronella con peperoncini, spiedini di pollo, riso bianco caldo)
Concludiamo con la dolcezza:
Pisang rai khas bali
(Banana avvolto con pasta al pandano e cocco grattugiato, cosparso con salsa di zucchero di canna)
