Vi aspetto il 9 febbraio insieme a Gianluca della pizzeria "Il Cantuccio", esperto di panificazione, per uno show cooking con degustazione gourmet a Dronero!
Insieme impareremo a preparare a casa pizza e focaccia come in pizzeria!
Un viaggio fra la fragranza dei lievitati, abbinati a golosi ingredienti😍

- Vaporino (impasto cotto al vapore) con gorgonzola, composta di pere, noci e sedano🍐
