All’interno delle manifestazioni per celebrare il 700° anniversario della morte di Dante Alighieri, il circolo ARCI Prometeo e la compagnia A.d.E., con la collaborazione del Gruppo Municipale di Faenza, propongono lo spettacolo teatrale a tema storico “PROCESSO A DANTE”.
Tutti a scuola hanno conosciuto il Dante poeta, ma meno fra noi hanno conosciuto il Dante uomo d’affari, politico e padre di famiglia. Su questi aspetti della vita dell’autore della Divina Commedia si concentra l’attenzione della corte giudicante: gli avvocati della difesa e dell’accusa porteranno in dibattimento i testimoni a sostegno dell’innocenza e della colpevolezza del Sommo Poeta. Le informazioni e i fatti riportati, pur con qualche licenza artistica, sono esito di una ricerca storica sulla situazione della Firenze del 1300.
Al termine del dibattimento il pubblico sarà chiamato a mettere una “fava” dentro un canestro di vimini: una fava bianca se Dante è innocente, una fava nera se Dante è colpevole. Conteggiate assieme, il maggior numero di fave di un colore darà il giudizio. Così riscriverai la storia!
COME PARTECIPARE
Posti contingentati e ingresso a offerta libera, previa prenotazione obbligatoria on line e con esibizione di certificazione verde Covid-19 (Green pass).
Gli spettacoli si terranno presso il cortile di vicolo Pasolini, presso la sede del circolo ARCI Prometeo. In caso di maltempo è prevista una possibile data di riserva per venerdì 17 settembre.

Prometeo ospita mostre, concerti, dibattiti, presentazioni di libri e tanto altro. Ma, cosa più importante, è un luogo di incontro e di passaggio che punta ad affermarsi come un piccolo centro culturale nel cuore di Faenza.
