Lo Yoga è un'antica disciplina, approcciata in molti modi differenti da ogni singola Scuola.
Il Centro Yoga Atman diffonde un insegnamento tradizionale, avvicinando progressivamente il praticante ai suoi aspetti interiori, delicati ed importanti per potersi sentire sempre più consapevoli ed in armonia con tutto quello che c' è attorno.
Nella giornata di domenica 26 gennaio offriamo un pomeriggio di pratica, ma non solo. Di seguito le attività proposte.
PROGRAMMA:
- Il significato profondo delle posture yogiche (asana)
dalle 16;30 alle 17
- Lezione di Yoga Integrale Esoterico
dalle 17 alle 19
- Meditazione con musica
dalle 19 alle 19:15
La lezione pratica sarà preceduta da una presentazione del significato interiore, energetico, delle posture corporali e soprattutto dell'attitudine che è bene sviluppare nella pratica Yoga, così da fare la differenza tra Yoga e ginnastica-sport.
Le attività sono totalmente gratuite, la prenotazione è un atto di gentilezza molto gradito, che ci consente di preparare al meglio gli spazi per accogliervi :).

Il Centro Yoga ATMAN è una scuola internazionale che offre, in una modalità accessibile a tutti, gli insegnamenti tradizionali dell’antico sistema Yoga.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
