Nicola Pannarale Quartet presenta “Primo”, il nuovo lavoro di Nicola Pannarale. Sul palco di Palazzo Pesce insieme a lui, Giuseppe Bassi al contrabasso, Roberto Ottaviano al sassofono e Gianlivio Liberti alla batteria.
“Primo” rappresenta un nuovo passaggio nel percorso artistico di Nicola Pannarale, pianista di formazione classica, fin da subito sedotto dalla musica in tutte le sue forme e i suoi linguaggi, dal blues al jazz, dal latin al rock e al funky. L’album, in uscita entro la fine dell’anno, è fatto di atmosfere rarefatte, intime, che pure sono permeate da una passione e una tensione che richiamano l’ascoltatore al movimento fisico e al fervore mentale. E che talvolta volgono lo sguardo sonoro alla pop music, intesa non come musica commerciale ma come musica condivisa. Perché la condivisione è la cifra di un musicista poliedrico e instancabile, arrangiatore per case discografiche come Carosello Records e Universal Records, che ha tenuto concerti a Parigi, New York e Los Angeles.
