Grazie all'Allenamento funzionale l'individuo migliora le proprie condizioni fisiche, ottenendo dei vantaggi e dei benefici nello svoglimento delle attività quotidiane che la vita ci porta a fronteggiare.
Correre, saltare, lanciare, spingere, sollevare pesi sono tutte azioni che quotidianamente ci troviamo ad affrontare.
Più il nostro corpo è pronto ed è allenato ad ogni situazione sopra elencata, migliore sarà il nostro stile di vità.
Dal piacere nel praticare quotidianamente questa fantastica ed efficace metodologia d'allenamento, nasce l'idea di testare e confrontarsi in un' avvicente giornata di giochi e competizioni a squadre.
OFFITCINA TRAINING & FITNESS
nella giornata del 28 Agosto 2017, dalle ore 18:00 in poi, promuove agli associati e apre a tutti coloro che volessero confrontarsi e cimentarsi nelle prove fisiche che proporremo, un pomeriggio diverso nel quale muoversi, sfidarsi e superarsi in modo sano e divertente.

La partecipazione all'evento sia per la gara che per la grigliata deve essere confermata entro e non oltre il 25 Agosto per permettere una corretta organizzazione e la riuscita dell'evento.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
