Domenica 13 ottobre 2019 alle ore 20.30 Palazzo Pesce diventa il punto d’incontro fra il concerto finale della Masterclass in Sassofono e Improvvisazione jazz di Gaetano Partipilo e la tappa di “I can see home from here”, il debut album tour di Luca Alemanno insieme al suo quartetto.
Una esclusiva jam session in Puglia che unisce i due giorni di insegnamento attento e appassionato di Gaetano Partipilo, musicista eclettico il cui ultimo album “Daylight”, prodotto dalla Tuk Music di Paolo Fresu, è stato presentato live a New York, e che si è esibito in tutto il mondo con alcuni tra i musicisti più significativi del panorama contemporaneo jazzistico e non, per due volte classificato al secondo posto come “miglior nuovo talento nazionale” dalla rivista «Musica Jazz» e docente di Sassofono Jazz al Conservatorio Umberto Giordano di Foggia, e la poetica musicale rivolta al futuro di Luca Alemanno, leccese d’origine e newyorkese d’adozione, considerato dalla critica “tra i più raffinati giovani musicisti di jazz contemporaneo che l’Italia ha attualmente da offrire”, una carriera costellata di concerti in Europa, Asia, America del Nord e America Latina insieme ad artisti internazionali del calibro di Herbie Hancock – che di lui ha detto “con la sua musica riesce a creare nuove direzioni dove la tradizione del jazz diventa un trampolino” –, Dee Dee Bridgewater e Nicola Conte.
Con loro sul palco della dimora nobiliare nel cuore di Mola di Bari Alessandro Lanzoni al pianoforte e Dario Congedo alle percussioni.
