«Il Maestro dell'orrore e del mistero Edgar Allan Poe è morto in circostanze del tutto misteriose dopo 4 giorni di agonia. Ritrovato il 3 Ottobre a girovagare per le strade di Baltimora con abiti non suoi ed in stato confusionale, ha passato le ultime notti a invocare il misterioso nome di "Reynolds", che tuttavia nessuno tra gli amici e i parenti dello scrittore è riuscito a identificare.»
In collaborazione internazionale con "National Edgar Allan Poe Theatre" di Baltimora, la Compagnia che ha riportato il Grand Guignol in Italia torna finalmente a Milano con il primo spettacolo inedito del 2020: LA MASCHERA DI EDGAR ALLAN POE!
Il Principe delle Tenebre vestirà per l'occasione i panni di un novello Dupin per indagare circa le misteriose cause del Maestro del mistero e dell'orrore, ripercorrendo la sua vita e le sue opere attraverso le confessioni dei sospettati del suo possibile omicidio, in una vera e propria indagine basata sui documenti originali collezionati negli ultimi 251 anni e riguardanti gli ultimi giorni di uno dei più grandi esponenti della letteratura americana.
Se siete pronti a seguirci in questa indagine, preparatevi a ridere della morte poiché «Qualche arcano avvenne quaggiù, qualche arcano che mi conviene penetrar, qualche mistero!» (Il Corvo)
