Francesco e Marco si divertono a giocare con il tempo: il primo con formaggi dalle ultra-stagionature, il secondo con vini invecchiati e passiti. In questa masterclass inseguiremo il tempo a ritroso, in un'avventurosa verticale a quattro mani tra formaggio e vino, dove i formaggi Trentino di Malga e i vini della Valle dei Laghi si sfideranno nella corsa verso l'immortalità.

Chi è Francesco Gubert
Francesco Gubert ha fatto del mondo dell'alpeggio, nelle mille declinazioni dall'erba al formaggio, il cuore della propria passione e attività professionale: da agronomo, da assaggiatore di formaggi, da formatore, da divulgatore, da “cantastorie” di chi, la montagna, la vive e la coltiva ogni giorno.
Chi è Marco Pisoni
Marco Pisoni è nato e cresciuto in mezzo alle vigne, imparando fin da piccolo ad amarle. Non potrebbe essere diversamente: la sua famiglia si occupa di vino dal lontano 1852. Tra i diversi vini, la Cantina Pisoni produce il Vino Santo ed il Reboro, ottenuti entrambi con il paziente appassimento dell'uva ventilata dall’Ora del Garda: due vini che sono vera espressione del territorio!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
