Se pochi minuti possono generare un turbine di parole e di immagini ostili in Rete, la gestione tradizionale della crisi genera esiti drammatici.
Per i leoni da tastiera prendersela con un brand astratto è molto facile. In un ambiente carico di emotività, gli opinion leader scelgono toni violenti e termini forti.

Dopo un grave evento anche i fruitori di giornali e tv sono influenzati dalle conversazioni sui social dal momento che i giornalisti tengono conto degli umori della rete nell’elaborazione dei loro contenuti. Non è importante dover rettificare o rivalutare in futuro la posizione presa: si risponde in modo immediato all’indignazione della popolazione per ottenere così like e condivisioni.

Le organizzazioni che rimangono paralizzate dalla crisi possono affrontare una lunga fase disfunzionale. Difficilmente l’araba fenice riuscirà a risorgere dalle ceneri se non interverrà a quel punto sul dato dello scoraggiamento dei stessi collaboratori dell’azienda e sul pericolo di fuga dei suoi migliori talenti dal cratere.

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.     The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
