All'interno della XI fiera campionaria sul bellissimo lungomare di Mazara del Vallo dopo il successo dell'anno scorso per il secondo anno , ritorna l'atteso evento della Sagra del Cous Cous con pesce del mediterraneo ed insalata di mare, a centro del lungomare San Vito , nell'isola pedonale sarà collocata la storica padella da 2, 5 mt , che riempita con oltre 1000 porzioni di Cous Cous darà dalle ore 20.00 del 11/08/2017 , l'avvio alle 4 serate ( 11-12-18-19 Agosto ) dedicate al Cous Cous , tipico piatto dei paesi bagnati dal Mar Mediterraneo , cucinato secondo le antiche tradizioni dell'" incocciatura " a vapore dei pescatori della provincia di Trapani , meno piccante del cous cous Tunisino che con l'aggiunta di aromi tipici dei sapori siciliani e del gambero rosso di Mazara del Vallo rendono unico il nostro Cous cous , il tutto sarà accompagnato da un bel bicchiere di vino Bianco fresco locale. quest'anno la novità dell'affiancamento per chi oltre al cous cous volesse provare altri sapori , della insalata di mare , con pesce locale del porto di Mazara del Vallo ed olio extravergine del Belice , saranno distribuiti durante la serata gadget per i bambini.
