Martedì 22 giugno 2021 – a partire dalle ore 18.30 - presso la piscina Le Pavoniere, Parco delle Cascine, viale della Catena 2, Firenze - si terrà una serata di degustazione di vini di alcune aziende del Consorzio Chianti Colli Fiorentini, il vino di Firenze.
L’evento, all’aperto, sarà suddiviso in due parti, così da dare al pubblico la possibilità di scegliere come preferisce prendere parte all’iniziativa. Nella prima fase della serata, dalle ore 18:30, Leonardo Romanelli, critico enogastronomico, sommelier e comunicatore, presenterà i vini del Chianti Colli Fiorentini sia nella versione annata che Riserva, alla presenza dei produttori con cui interagire, per degustare e raccontare al meglio i vini del territorio fiorentino. Occasione ghiotta per entrare in contatto con una denominazione che sta valorizzando al meglio il territorio in cui opera, grazie all’attento lavoro dei produttori.
Nella seconda parte, dalle ore 20:00 il pubblico prenotato (maggiori info seguiranno a breve) potrà consumare un piatto preparato dal ristorante de Le Pavoniere, seduto al proprio posto a tavola ed assaggiare in libertà i vini sia della tipologia Chianti Colli Fiorentini sia altre referenze (bianchi, rosati, bollicine) offerti dai produttori presenti.
Durante la degustazione guidata saranno presentati 5 Chianti Colli Fiorentini d’annata e 5 Chianti Colli Fiorentini Riserva selezionati da Leonardo Romanelli. Il tutto si svolgerà con il supporto della FISAR (Federazione Italiana Sommelier, Albergatori e Ristoratori) per il servizio di Sommelier.
L’evento è organizzato nel massimo rispetto delle attuali normative vigenti in tema di prevenzione Covid-19: per la degustazione sono ammesse al massimo 100 persone più ulteriori 100 per la seconda fase dell’evento (200 presenze max in totale).
Sarà possibile degustare 40 diverse tipologie di vini, principalmente Chianti Colli Fiorentini ma anche Toscana IGT Rossi, Bianchi, Rosati e Spumanti.
