Inizia l'anno immergendoti nelle magiche vibrazioni di un bagno di gong.
COSA ASPETTARSI
I suoni creati dal gong producono molte frequenze tra i 4 e 14 Hz che alterano le onde cerebrali, riportandole ad uno stato che è rigenerante e riequilibrante per corpo e mente. Una forma di meditazione alternativa particolarmente utile per chi fatica a lasciar andare la mente logica ed è sottoposto a forte stress.
Il bagno di gong è un'antica forma di meditazione e guarigione con il suono. Unisce gong e altri strumenti: in questa serata in particolare un'arpada concerto e campane tibetane armoniche.
Il suono intenso ti darà la sensazione di essere avvolto nelle vibrazioni come dall'acqua (da cui la definizione Bagno di Gong).
Potrai sperimentare varie sensazioni: uno stato meditativo accompagnato da immagini e visioni; una sensazione di vuoto e beatitudine senza tempo; un sonno profondo e liberatorio.
A volte alcuni suoni possono riportare a galla emozioni represse che affiorano in superficie: accettale come parte di un percorso e lasciale andare.

* INDOSSA ABITI COMODI. Troverai materassini e cuscini per sdraiarti (puoi portare i tuoi se li preferisci). Durante il bagno di gong la temperatura del corpo spesso scende, quindi potresti sentire freddo, porta una coperta o un maglione aggiuntivo.
* INDOSSA UNA MASCHERA PER GLI OCCHI o metti una sciarpa sul viso per aiutarti ad eliminare tutto ciò che non sia suono.
* VIENI SENZA ASPETTATIVE e con mente aperta, pronta per il viaggio.
NON DIMENTICARE
- Apertura porte alle 19.30. Chiudiamo la porta rigorosamente alle 20:00. Il bagno sonoro dura circa 1 ora e mezza.
