Sabato 5 ottobre 2019 alle ore 20.30 Palazzo Pesce si lascia incantare dalle storie di “Assolo a due” con la voce di Rosemary Nicassio e il pianoforte di Leonardo Torres.
Un concerto in Puglia per ascoltare in una veste inedita e inaspettata la grande musica d’autore. Giorgio Gaber, Edith Piaf, The Beatles, Lhasa de Sela: le melodie immortali della cultura italiana, francese, inglese e spagnola si animeranno nel corso di un viaggio fatto di musica ma anche di recital e teatro, di suono e silenzio. E qualche sorpresa…
Un programma che vedrà susseguirsi emozioni e pulsioni molteplici e contrastanti, in cui il pubblico sarà accompagnato dalla voce di Rosemary Nicassio, una carriera divisa fra musica e letteratura, costellata di prestigiosi riconoscimenti letterari, tra cui il Premio Cesare Pavese e il Premio Giovanni Pascoli, e una instancabile e appassionata attività di ricerca come autrice, attrice, cantante, e il pianoforte di Leonardo Torres, musicista eclettico e poliedrico, impegnato in collaborazioni con numerosi esponenti della scena musicale italiana del calibro di Carlo Marrale, fondatore dello storico gruppo dei Matia Bazar.
Un appuntamento fra le pareti affrescate della dimora nobiliare nel cuore di Mola di Bari per (ri)ascoltare i personaggi animati e le loro storie di realtà grottesche e sublimi.
