Domenica 10 novembre 2019 alle ore 20.30 a Palazzo Pesce va in scena l’universo femminile con “Amoreamaro” insieme alla voce di Maria Mazzotta e la fisarmonica di Bruno Galeone.
Un concerto in Puglia, svolto in collaborazione con l’Associazione “Alma Terra” di Mola di Bari per la direzione artistica di Isa Colonna, per cantare l’amore delle donne nelle sue molteplici declinazioni: la musica popolare del Sud Italia affianca quella dei paesi del Mediterraneo in un programma che dipinge un mondo popolato da protagoniste umili eppure nobili, instancabili e appassionate. Che hanno una portavoce d’eccezione in Maria Mazzotta, artista nata in una regione di confini e di mare, una delle personalità più emblematiche e una delle voci più importanti della world music europea, dotata di un canto viscerale, dalla bellezza brutale e vertiginosa, che alterna l’impalpabilità dello spirito alla densità della materia.
Una serata insolita e inconfondibile fatta di un canto delle e sulle donne, in cui la dimora nobiliare nel cuore di Mola di Bari si fa unica tappa nel barese del tour europeo di presentazione dell’omonimo album “Amoreamaro” di Maria Mazzotta.
