La cantautrice omaggia Franco Battiato e il sodalizio artistico con il maestro con uno spettacolo dedicato.
Alice, nome d’arte di Carla Bissi, ha scelto di omaggiare Franco Battiato, amico e collega che ha caratterizzato gran parte del suo percorso musicale e professionale. Partito ad inizio luglio, il tour “Alice canta Battiato” approda il 18 settembre a Pantelleria.
Un viaggio elegante e autentico attraverso la musica di Franco Battiato che nel 1981 scrisse con Alice la canzone “Per Elisa”, vincitrice del Festival di Sanremo e divenuta hit internazionale.
“Alice canta Battiato” vede la partecipazione al pianoforte del maestro Carlo Guaitoli, da tanti anni collaboratore di Battiato in qualità di pianista e direttore d’orchestra.
Alice riesce ad omaggiare l’artista siciliano con autenticità ed eleganza, sia perché sua amica e collaboratrice dagli esordi, ma soprattutto per quell’affinità artistica che da sempre li lega e che la rendono un’interprete unica della musica di Franco Battiato.
Questo il commento di Alice: “Il compositore e autore che sento più vicino e affine, non solo musicalmente, è sicuramente Franco Battiato e da molto tempo, nei vari progetti live e discografici, canto le sue canzoni, quelle a cui sento di poter aderire pienamente. Già nel 1985 gli ho reso omaggio con l’album Gioielli rubati e questo programma in qualche modo ne è il naturale proseguimento”.

L'evento ha ingresso gratuito con prenotazione online fino ad esaurimento posti, in base alle vigenti norme anti-Covid.
L'ingresso sarà aperto alle 19.30 solo per chi ha la prenotazione da presentare all’ingresso (anche solo su smartphone). All'ingresso si dovranno lasciare nome, cognome e un numero di telefono valido. Non è necessaria autocertificazione.
Alle ore 20.30, i posti eventualmente non reclamati da prenotazione saranno messi a disposizione del pubblico che dovrà comunque rispettare le norme suddette.
Chi non rispetterà le norme, non potrà entrare.
