L'accesso all'area è libero ma a numero limitato sia in piedi che seduti e, purtroppo per regolamento comunale, I CANI NON POSSONO ENTRARE.
La prenotazione dei tavoli è gratuita ma obbligatoria se si vuole avere un posto a sedere fin da subito, mentre si può accedere in piedi ma sempre entro la capacità massima stabilita dagli organizzatori misurata con un gettone che viene dato all'ingresso e riconsegnato all'uscita.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
