LA PRATICA YOGAsia in sala che all’aperto in acqua termale, è guidate dalla dr.ssa Laura Voltolina, insegnante con 16 anni di esperienza, diplomata alla scuola quadriennale Yoga Ratna, specializzata in Integrazione Posturale e in Anatomia Esperienziale con Jader Tolja. Il percorso Yoga è specifico, costruito in sinergia con il piano nutrizionale, orientato alla detossificazione e alla valorizzazione della qualità energetica del menu previsto.
IL PIANO NUTRIZIONALE è curato dalla d.ssa Elena Ambrosin, biologa nutrizionista, naturopata, floriterapeuta e insegnante di nutrizione e fitoterapia presso la scuola di naturopatia Rudi Lanza. In linea di principio si seguiranno le indicazioni sui cereali individuate da Rudolf Steiner e il cereale verrà associato a semi, legumi o pesce e verdure. A colazione e cena saranno presenti sempre membri dello staff sanitario (medici, nutrizionisti) e la d.ssa Voltolina.
