Massimo Errante, in arte Ensitiv, illustra e spiega le tecniche che utilizza per i suoi Viaggi Astrali. Verranno illustrate, passo dopo passo, le tecniche per "uscire dal corpo" e provare a vivere un'esperienza extracorporea.
OBIETTIVO: Predisporre il gruppo di Lavoro ad una prima esperienza Extracorporea.
1° STEP:
- Introduzione (chi sono e che cosa faremo).
2° STEP:
- Dimensione Astrale (cosa è, caratteristiche principali, tempo e spazio, piani astrali ed entità, domande e dubbi);
- Rilassamento e posizioni (prove pratiche di rilassamento, respirazione, introspezione):
- Tecniche per stimolare l'esperienza extracorporea (prove pratiche, elaborazione delle sensazioni provate, esercizi da ripetere a casa).
3° STEP:
- Confronto sulle sensazioni provate (racconti degli step raggiunti, domande);
- Rilassamento e posizioni (nuove prove pratiche di rilassamento, respirazione, introspezione);
- Prove pratiche sulle tecniche acquisite (nuove prove pratiche, elaborazione delle sensazioni provate, esercizi da ripetere a casa):
- Analisi delle sensazioni e dei traguardi raggiunti (domande e risposte).
