proponiamo un'indimenticabile esperienza serale, facile,
lungo un percorso che ci permetterà un'immersione nella natura
incontaminata.
Questo consente nuove scoperte in un atmosfera
rilassante, al fresco, durante il tramonto testimoni del
passaggio dal giorno alla notte.
Al termine dell'escursione se
vorrai potrai intrattenerti con i partecipanti nei locali vista
mare della Griglieria per socializzare e cenare
insieme.
Itinerario
ad anello che si sviluppa quasi completamente all'interno di una
delle più vaste pinete dell'Isola.
Il percorso proposto parte
dal parcheggio della spiaggia di Porto Ferro e si sviluppa verso
l'interno in un'area S.I.C. poco conosciuta anche ai
residenti.
Attraversando una pineta, impiantata negli anni'50
ricca di essenze della macchia mediterranea e con la presenza di
volatili e piccoli mammiferi selvatici, ci si immerge
immediatamente
in un'atmosfera naturale di suoni, profumi e
colori che rilassano, stimolano e rigenerano i sensi.
Durante l'attraversamento della pineta, in un'area poco frequentata e sconosciuta anche alle popolazioni locali, sarà proposta una tecnica di origine giapponese lo"Shinrin Yoku" che aiuta e favorisce in modo giocoso e semplice l'immersione nella Natura.
A
metà percorso, la pineta si apre e appare l'unico Lago naturale
della Sardegna: Baratz.
Ne costeggeremo le sponda sud
condividendo la sua origine e le sue misteriose leggende per poi
addentrarci in un sentiero di pini e profumata macchia mediterranea
fino a raggiungere
le ultime calette della spiaggia di Porto
Ferro.
Dopo la sosta raggiungiamo lungo la spiaggia il punto
d'incontro presso "La Griglieria" di Porto Ferro.
Qui, volendo ci si può fermare per consumare una cena accomodati nella veranda vista mare. (Si può usufruire della convenzione con la cooperativa che gestisce la Griglieria:

Escursione terminata, si torna a casa rigenerati e contenti!
