Il secondo appuntamento di “TOCCATA. Rassegna di musica organistica” della Chiesa di sant’Ignazio è incentrato su “Il sacro nel sinfonismo beethoveniano”. La Sinfonia n. 5 op. 67 e il Concerto in re maggiore op. 61 (trascrizione per violino e organo a cura del M° F. Manci) tracciano un percorso essenziale nell’espressione spirituale di L. van Beethoven: dalle famose quattro note batture della Sinfonia (allegoria del destino che bussa alla porta della nostra vita), all’incanto del Larghetto del Concerto che culmina nel Rondò su un tema di danza. Quasi a suggellare l’incontro col “destino”, dal momento di maggiore intensità drammatica, all’emergere del canto e dell’effusione melodica della danza.

La rassegna è dedicata a Monsignor PABLO COLINO in occasione del suo novantesimo genetliaco.
