Nato a Gragnano, classe ’89, Domenico Stile è ad oggi il più giovane chef stellato della Capitale. L’esperienza formativa alla scuola alberghiera di Castellammare di Stabia lo spinge con convinzione nel mondo dell’enogastronomia.
Lo chef under 30 ha alle spalle diverse esperienze tra cui Alinea a Chicago, oltre ad aver lavorato con i più grandi nomi della cucina italiana: Gianfranco Vissani, Enrico Crippa, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Massimo Bottura ed infine Nino di Costanzo, di cui è stato sous chef per 3 anni al Mosaico di Ischia. Quest’ultima avventura gli ha permesso di imparare a gestire in modo eccellente una brigata di cucina, nonostante la giovane età.
Da febbraio 2016 Domenico è alla guida della cucina del ristorante Enoteca la Torre a Villa Laetitia di Roma, una stella Michelin.
La sua cucina è solida, concreta, trae ispirazione dalle origini partenopee, le cui note emergono chiare e nette dai suoi piatti, in prevalenza a base di pesce. È al tempo stesso espressione di una forte conoscenza della tradizione e di una continua sperimentazione e ricerca dei sapori e delle tecniche più attuali.
