E' ora di mettere le mani in pasta! Domenica 18 novembre, le magiche e suggestive sale della Tenuta Villanova profumeranno di biscotti e prelibatezze! Vi aspettiamo quindi domenica 18 novembre 2018 alle ore 10:45 in Via Contessa Beretta 29 a Farra d'Isonzo, per un evento senza precedenti nella storica tenuta.
Ritrovo alle ore 15:00
Ore 15:15: inizio della visita guidata in vigna, passaggio per la cantina e la distilleria storica dell'azienda. Gli ospiti scopriranno i dietro le quinte della vinificazione ed entreranno nella storica barricaia, cuore della cantina più antica del Friuli.
Ore 16:30: il gruppo si sposterà nel borgo cintato della Tenuta Villanova, potendo ammirare il meraviglioso giardino all'inglese della tenuta e prendendo posto all'interno della sala allestita per lo Show Cooking. Faremo un brindisi di benvenuto prima di cominciare il corso.
Ore 17:00: Michela Urbano di cioccolatolamponi.it ci insegnerà a preparare dei gustosissimi piatti stagionali, anche in vista delle festività natalizie. Vari i riferimenti alla scelta delle materie prime più adatte e dove trovarle in Friuli, curiosità sul mondo della cucina senza glutine e suggerimenti raffinati su come allestire la tavola per gli ospiti. Michela ci spiegherà anche come fotografare i piatti preparati per pubblicarli sui Social Network e blog o per condividerli con gli amici.
Ore 19:00: degustazione dei piatti preparati, in abbinamento ai vini della Tenuta Villanova.
