Luigi Santo, Tromba - Professore di Tromba presso il Conservatorio di Musica di Matera.
Diplomato in Tromba al Conservatorio di Cosenza con Giuseppe Zanfini continua poi gli studi musicali a Parigi con P.Thibaud; successivamente si perfeziona nel repertorio romantico col Maestro Russo Timofei Dokshitser. Con David Short effettua numerosi concerti per ensemble di ottoni. Come solista effettua tourneè in Europa, Stati Uniti ed Asia. Si esibisce alla “Ramsey Concert Hall” della Georgia University di Athens(USA); in Russia, nella “Sala Rimskij-Korsakov” di San Pietroburgo; in Spagna nella “Sala Segovia” di Linares. Ha suonato con importanti artisti internazionali quali Fred Mills, Scott Hartman, Mark Mc Connell, Mike Moore.
Nel 2006 ha tenuto la prima esecuzione in Italia del Concerto di Shostakovich per Tromba-Pianoforte e Orchestra, nella famosa versione inedita curata dal grande Maestro Russo Timofei Dokshitser, replicata in Europa dell’Est e negli Stati Uniti. Luigi Santo suona strumenti Stomvi.
Daniela Gentile - Pianoforte
Diplomata nella Scuola di Pianoforte del maestro Lethea Cifarelli presso il Conservatorio di Musica “A.Casella” di L’Aquila, riportando il massimo dei voti e lode. Ha partecipato al corso didattico sulla “Forma Sonata” tenuto dal maestro Fausto Razzi ed ai Seminari sulla musica contemporanea organizzati dalla Scuola di composizione del suddetto maestro. Ha preso parte al Corso di perfezionamento pianistico tenuto presso la Julliard School negli Stati Uniti con il maestro David Rose ed in Francia con il maestro Bouquete, inoltre ha eseguito un master di perfezionamento pianistico con il maestro Bruno Canino ed un Corso di perfezionamento pianistico con il maestro V. Voskobojnikov.
Ha eseguito registrazioni di concerti per le maggiori emittenti radiotelevisive (Raidue Raitre). Ha tenuto concerti organizzati da istituzioni musicali ed enti pubblici in molte città italiane e straniere, eseguendo musiche dei più famosi compositori come Liszt, Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven ecc. Ha svolto tournée in Russia, Stati Uniti, Spagna, Slovenia, Romania, Moldavia, Grecia, per la Gioventù musicale di Atene, ha suonato nel Teatro Nazionale di Lagos in Nigeria e ad Accra nel Ghana, riportando sempre successo di pubblico e critica. Oltre che da solista si esibisce con varie formazioni cameristiche, spaziando con repertori che vanno dai classici fino a prime esecuzioni di compositori contemporanei. E’ docente di pianoforte nel Conservatorio di Musica di Bari.
