In occasione dei 20 anni dalla fondazione di EEC Italia, Venerdì 23 Maggio 2025 si terrà a Torino la 𝟭° 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗼, una giornata interamente dedicata al tema della leadership dal punto di vista del modello ontologico.
Insieme a speaker internazionali di spicco ed esponenti di diverse culture e realtà di impresa, esploreremo un nuovo approccio alla leadership in grado di connettere i valori e gli obiettivi aziendali con il benessere individuale, usando le abilità conversazionali per creare nuove opportunità di sviluppo e cambiamento.
Il programma della giornata sarà ricco di interventi di esperti del Modello Ontologico-Trasformazionale e personalità legate al mondo aziendale, opportunità di confrontarsi con professionisti di diversi settori e culture, riflessioni e approfondimenti su un nuovo approccio alla leadership. Inoltre celebreremo insieme a tutti voi, i primi 20 anni di EEC Italia.
