MAROCCHINATE – L’altra faccia della Liberazione
di Simone Cristicchi e Ariele Vincenti
"Marocchinate" rievoca con intensità drammatica i giorni cruciali dello sfondamento della linea di Montecassino da parte delle truppe Alleate, ultimo baluardo della resistenza tedesca. Se per molti quella svolta segnò la fine del conflitto e l’inizio di una nuova libertà per l’Italia, per le popolazioni del basso Lazio essa rappresentò l’inizio di un incubo, la caduta in una spirale di violenze e soprusi che macchiarono indelebilmente il concetto stesso di Liberazione. Questa è la “storia altra” della Liberazione: “Aspettavamo ji salvatori… so’ arrivati ji diavoli”. Lo spettacolo si propone di riaccendere la riflessione sui tragici eventi della Ciociaria del 1944, portando alla luce l’orrore vissuto da migliaia di donne vittime delle violenze. L’intento è quello di far risuonare oggi le loro parole, affinché diventino patrimonio condiviso, memoria collettiva, un monito contro l’oblio.
