Il laboratorio si concentra sull'uso della maschera neutra come strumento per esplorare le emozioni senza le influenze di espressioni facciali. I partecipanti avranno l'opportunità di sviluppare il proprio stile e aumentare la consapevolezza del proprio corpo.
In questo laboratorio esperienziale di Counseling Espressivo avrete la possibilità di sperimentare una forma di contatto non verbale, emozionale e simbolico. La condivisione dell'esperienza in un clima autentico e di accettazione sarà propedeutico al cambiamento.
Al termine del corso verrà rilasciato un attestato (n. 4 ore), titolo valido anche per accedere a livelli corrispondenti nei Corsi di Counseling.
