A tutti, di tutte le età! Che tu sia un atleta principiante o esperto ti mostrerò delle progressioni adatte a te!
Che cosa imparerai?
- Il riscaldamento e stretching specifici per la verticale
- Gli esercizi di mobilità di polsi, spalle e il loro posizionamento
- La teoria necessaria per comprendere l'inversione del corpo
- Approcciare all'inversione del corpo
- Comprendere l'allineamento del corpo in verticale
- Usare le correzioni per rimanere in verticale
- Correggere gli errori sulla salita e la tenuta
- Una progressione su misura per progredire da 0 ed avere una solida verticale!
Che cosa devi portare?
Niente, basta una tuta comoda e la voglia di imparare questo stupendo esercizio!
Che cosa troverai?
Ti aspetterà un tavolo con bevande per rinfrescarti (si suderà!) ed un gadget per ogni partecipante!
Programma del workshop:
- Teoria sulla verticale (30' circa)
- Riscaldamento specifico
- Mobilità specifica
- Approccio all'inversione (posizionamento mani, gomiti, spalle, bacino, gambe)
- Inversione al muro, gestione degli errori
- Inversione libera assistita, gestione degli errori
- Corretto allineamento e tenuta della verticale
- Elaborazione di un percorso personale per la corretta progressione

I have not received my Handstand workshop ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Handstand workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my Handstand workshop ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
