L'evento si terrà presso la palestra Gymshop a Limbiate Domenica 25 Gennaio dalle 16.00 alle 19.30, ingresso gratuito su prenotazione!
Durante l'evento si alterneranno attività di workout tenute da personal trainer specializzati in diverse discipline e ogni attività sarà di 40-50 minuti circa.
