Una alimentazione reale basata sul ritmo circadiano, fattibile, colorata e soddisfacente che abbia risvolti positivi sull'allenamento e sullo stile di vita.

Programma del corso:

Alterneremo parti teoriche a parti pratiche, dove uno chef cucinerà per noi e degusteremo insieme piatti FIT.

La maratona culinaria prevederà:

  • 2 colazioni sane e gustose: una dolce ed una salata
  • 2 idee per una pausa pranzo equilibrata: da mangiare in ufficio o a casa
  • 1 cena FIT con sgarro settimanale

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.   • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
