Assaggeremo tre o più origini di caffè diverse con estrazione filtro. Analizzeremo, origine per origine ogni tazza, cercando di individuare i descrittori e il profilo sensoriale. Faremo ciò attraverso la consultazione della Coffee Taster flavour wheel e sarà anche compito dei partecipanti dire la loro ed esprimere un’ipotesi.
