Partecipa al Festival del Gusto, un'eccezionale celebrazione delle eccellenze enogastronomiche italiane!
Siamo entusiasti di annunciare la seconda edizione del Festival del Gusto per la Promozione dei Prodotti Territoriali, un evento imperdibile organizzato con passione dall'Accademia del Gusto di Fondi!
Questo festival si svolgerà lunedì 26 maggio 2025, dalle 18:00 alle 24:00 nella suggestiva cornice dell'Accademia del Gusto, in Via Ponte Gagliardo snc, Fondi (LT).
Immagina di passeggiare tra gli stand espositivi, dove potrai scoprire e assaporare le eccellenze gastronomiche del territorio: dai prodotti tipici locali alle innovazioni culinarie, dai vini pregiati alle specialità artigianali. Quest'anno l'evento ospiterà una selezione di prestigiosi produttori vinicoli provenienti da tutte le regioni d'Italia, offrendo ai visitatori un'esperienza enologica completa.
Il Festival del Gusto non è solo un'occasione per degustare prodotti d'eccellenza, ma anche un'opportunità unica per incontrare direttamente i produttori, scoprire le loro storie di passione e tradizione, e creare connessioni autentiche con gli artigiani del gusto. Durante l'evento potrai partecipare a masterclass dedicate alla degustazione dell'olio d'oliva e degli spumanti, guidate da esperti del settore. Potrai inoltre assistere a incontri e confronti su come preservare le tradizioni gastronomiche esplorando al contempo nuove opportunità di innovazione.
L'evento vedrà la partecipazione di importanti associazioni come la Federazione Italiana Barman (FIB), e la Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori e Ristoratori (FISAR).
