This is a party for the whole family.
Activities for everyone, including cookie decoration, Christmas story reading, movie screening in English, we even have a playroom for the smallest ones and a gym for the slightly bigger ones that might have a need to get some energy out.
Parents are required to stay with their kids. The event will be at a large location with several rooms it is important that there is no more than two children per adult.

Angela Sittaro from Littles is joining us as an event sponsor and providing us the cutest craft materials to decorate the bags ♥
A visit from Santa with a small gift for each child.
During this event we will be doing some fundraising for our charity L'Istituto Alfieri-Carrù. To help these women get their education we will offer the following:
Photos with Santa: € 6 per child
Juicebox and popcorn for the movies: € 3,50
Beautiful jars of homemade cookie mixes:
small: € 5
large: € 9
Entrance fee: 6€/child
IWTC members: 5 €/Sibling discount: 3€

I have not received my Family Holiday Party ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Family Holiday Party tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Family Holiday Party tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Family Holiday Party ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
