EXPLORE! è l’evento WEP dedicato a studenti e famiglie che vogliono iniziare a progettare con serenità un soggiorno di studio all’estero per l’estate 2026. Una giornata pensata per orientarsi tra le diverse opportunità, capire come funzionano i programmi e confrontarsi direttamente con chi accompagna i ragazzi in ogni fase dell’esperienza.
Durante l’evento sono previste due presentazioni, alle 10 e alle 15, per offrire una panoramica chiara e completa delle possibilità di studio all’estero. Verranno approfonditi aspetti come le destinazioni possibili, le fasce d'età e la durata dei programmi, insieme a temi fondamentali come sicurezza, organizzazione e supporto garantiti da WEP. Non mancherà inoltre un focus su agevolazioni economiche, borse di studio e promozioni.
Per tutta la giornata sarà possibile incontrare e parlare direttamente con i consulenti WEP, con ex partecipanti che racconteranno la loro esperienza e con i rappresentanti di alcune scuole internazionali, per ricevere informazioni personalizzate e chiarire ogni dubbio.
EXPLORE! è lo spazio giusto per fare domande, informarsi e iniziare a costruire con consapevolezza il proprio progetto di studio all’estero.

I have not received my EXPLORE! Esperienze all’estero ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your EXPLORE! Esperienze all’estero tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your EXPLORE! Esperienze all’estero tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my EXPLORE! Esperienze all’estero ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
