IL PRIVACY SPECIALIST è un ESPERTO della Privacy, in possesso di competenze specifiche sulla Protezione dei Dati Personali, data l’approfondita conoscenza della normativa di riferimento. All'interno delle nuove figure individuate dal GDPR 679/16, svolge le attività operative che si rendono progressivamente necessarie durante tutto il ciclo di vita di un trattamento di dati personali, in collaborazione con una figura manageriale. Nello specifico il Privacy Specialist, in quanto supporta il Responsabile per la Protezione dei Dati, il Privacy Manager o il DPO, nel mettere a punto le idonee misure tecniche e organizzative ai fini del trattamento di dati personali; cura la corretta attuazione del trattamento dei dati ed è l’esperto operativo per la protezione dei dati.
