Salutiamo l'estate e celebriamo il Solstizio e la giornata internazionale dello Yoga con una pratica di yoga e meditazione Shamanica con vista sulle meravigliose colline verdi umbre seguita da una cena a tema indiano sotto le stelle.
Un occasione per ri-connettersi con il ritmo della natura e noi stessi, attraverso pratiche mirate a stimolare la nostra luce interiore.
