Our carousel has different interpretations, like whole life.
It is the ancient game, an expression of childhood, but it is also the continuous, constant, always repetitive movement in a limited space.
Maybe some of us are feeling that way, from their homes, forced to leave their games closed.
What would happen if the carousel's bridle breaks? What would happen if this ever-continuous movement becomes faster, swirling and allows us to find other spaces of expression?
We can no longer wait for the chance to perform in our spaces!
We decided to bring our art directly to our beloved public through the digital world!

Nuestro carrusel tiene diferentes interpretaciones, como toda la vida.
Es un juego antiguo, una expresión de la infancia, pero también es el movimiento continuo, constante y siempre repetitivo en un espacio limitado.
Quizás algunos de nosotros nos sentimos de esa manera, desde nuestros hogares, obligados a dejar nuestros juegos cerrados.
Qué pasaría si las bridas del carrusel se rompieran? ¿Qué sucedería si este movimiento continuo se volviera más rápido y nos permitiera encontrar otros espacios de expresión?
Ya no podemos esperar la oportunidad de actuar en nuestros espacios!
Decidimos llevar nuestro arte directamente a nuestro querido público a través del mundo digital!

Il nostro Carosello ha diverse interpretazioni, come tutta la vita.
È un gioco antico, espressione dell'infanzia, ma è anche il movimento continuo, costante, sempre ripetitivo in uno spazio limitato.
Forse alcuni di noi si sentono cosi adesso, nelle loro case, costretti a lasciare i loro giochi chiusi.
Cosa accadrebbe se le briglie della giostra si rompessero? Cosa accadrebbe se questo movimento sempre continuo diventasse più veloce, vorticoso e ci permettesse di trovare altri spazi di espressione?
Non possiamo più attendere la possibilità di esibirci nei nostri spazi!
Abbiamo deciso di portare la nostra arte direttamente al nostro amato pubblico attraverso il mondo digitale!

I have not received my Carousel ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Carousel tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Carousel tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Carousel ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Carousel waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
