Il capodanno 2019 sarà maestoso, elegante e perché no anche esclusivo per qualche centinaio di presenti.. Capodanno 2019 sarà TENUTA DI SIPIO
La serata prenderà il via alle 20:00 circa, i presenti saranno accolti da uno sfarzoso aperitivo di benvenuto che farà da anticamera al cenone spettacolo con i suoni a salire dello storico DJ Paolo Sala, sarà un crescendo di ritmo ed energia e si arriverà agli auguri di mezzanotte per poi partire con la disco fino all'alba che vedrà in consolle la regine delle discoteche romagnole e pescaresi LAVIKY

APERITIVO DI BENVENUTO :
* ricotta aromatizzata con crumble di cacao
*cous con caponatina di verdure
*ostriche su ghiaccio
*tataki di tonno su salsa piselli
*pizzette e rustici assortiti
*pastellati, broccoletti e gorgonzola
*pastellati al nero di seppia
*crudo di crostacei
*crostino con baccalà mantecato
*tagliatelline di seppia e riduzione d'arancia

*paccheri, julienne di zucca gialla "farfellone" e frutti di mare
*strettine con piccoli crostacei e filetto di pomodoro

*semifreddo al torroncino e salsa di cioccolato
*dopo la mezzanotte zampone e lenticchie

*portate open di Vini cantina di sipio
L'evento ha un costo di 110€ ed è obbligatoria la prevendita 50€ ( le restanti 60 si pagheranno il 31 all'ingresso), ed a numero chiuso quindi si intende che la disco sarà esclusiva solo per i presenti al cenone.
Eventuali richieste di menù diverso da quello ufficiale vanno richieste con discreto anticipo
Vi é la possibilità di chiedere informazioni su B&B o complessi alberghieri per eventuali soggiorni notturni per la notte del 31
