Eccoci qui, ben ritrovati nella nuova modalità di lezioni online di capoeira per bambini 6-14 anni!
Dato che non ci possiamo allenare nel nostro Spazio Capoeira Desequilibrio, portiamo la capoeira a casa vostra con le nostre lezioni in live-streaming. L'attività fisica è importante, sopratutto per i ragazzi, per mantenere uno stile di vita sano e così, noi ci impegnamo a garantire continuità sportiva online.
Si propongono esercizi di equilibrio, di lieve potenziamento e stretching, e molte altre curiosità con cui Desengonçado (Disinga), il nostro professore, sarà in grado di sorprendervi di volta in volta.
Il tutto si svolgerà sulla piattaforma Zoom, al link che riceverete una volta registrati. Riportiamo il calendario completo per tutti gli appuntamenti che riusciamo a garantire in questo difficile periodo. E' il nostro modo per non perdersi di vista e per darvi l'opportunità di portare avanti le vostre giovani carriere di capoeristi.
Il contributo è assolutamente spontaneo, a seconda delle vostre tasche e disponibilità!
