il negozio AssoKappa nella persona del suo titolare Fabrizio Muscogiuri con sede legale in Via Carlo Cattaneo, 7 in Varese, ad esporre in pubblico e/o utilizzare direttamente anche sul proprio sito internet e/o far pubblicare sia in internet che su carta stampata e in genere su ogni tipo di supporto e mezzo di diffusione, nel formato e nella posizione che riterrà più opportuna, anche per attività di promozione e manifestazioni collaterali, la/e fotografia/e, la/e immagine/i e le riprese video in cui è stato ritratto/a o ripreso/a se stesso/a e/o il/la proprio/a figlio/a, realizzate nella sessione di fotografia o ripresa/evento pubblico/manifestazione culturale svoltasi nei giorni 04/05/2019 a Varese in via Carlo Cattaneo, 7 e a Gallarate (VA) presso Teatro Condominio e il 05/05/2019 a Varese in Via Carlo Cattaneo, 7 e a Villa Ponti Piazzale Litta, 2 a VARESE , senza, comunque, che venga in ogni caso pregiudicata la di lui/lei dignità personale e il decoro.
Dichiara, inoltre, che tale autorizzazione di diritti d’uso, non è in contrasto con eventuali accordi contrattuali e/o diritti di Agenzie di Rappresentanza, sollevando il negozio AssoKappa da eventuali pretese di terzi in relazione a tale concessione di diritti. Acconsente, altresì, che la/le immagine/i o la/e propria/e fotografia/e e/o la/e fotografia/e del proprio/a figlio/a sia/no associata/e al nominativo “AssoKappa” – o ad un suo pseudonimo – senza alcuna pretesa di qualsiasi forma di compenso e di rinunciare irrevocabilmente ad ogni diritto, azione o pretesa futura derivante da quanto sopra autorizzato. La presente autorizzazione ha validità illimitata. Qualora o il/la sottoscritto/a desideri revocare il consenso all'utilizzo dell'immagine del/la proprio/a figlio/a, lo/a stesso/a si impegna a comunicare, nelle forme idonee, al negozio “AssoKappa” la sua intenzione di esercitare il proprio diritto di revoca, riconoscendo ad “AssoKappa” medesimo un congruo termine per adempiere.
