“L’amore è l’energia più essenziale e pervasiva che esista, è l’essenza del nostro universo. L’amore è la “componente elementare” fondamentale della natura che connette e unifica tutte le persone”.
Naturalmente siamo portati ad accettare alcuni aspetti della nostra pratica, del nostro fisico e delle varie circostanze che si palesano nel nostro cammino mentre ne rigettiamo altre. Purtroppo evitare degli aspetti della nostra vita ci pone in uno stato di dormienza e passività, un vuoto che può manifestarsi sotto forma di paura o giudizio verso noi stessi, la nostra vita o nelle relazioni. Pensiamo che cosa potrebbe succedere se fossimo in grado di amare e rispettare ogni singolo aspetto di noi stessi e della nostra esistenza, esistenza che ogni giorno si apre, con tutta la sua meraviglia, davanti a noi? Che impatto potrebbe avere questo nel modo di percepire la nostra intera esistenza? In questa nostra pratica dinamica avremo modo di sperimentare ed investigare questo aspetto, vedremo insieme come possiamo implementare la pratica tenendo uno sguardo ed una attenzione amorevole verso ogni dettaglio di questa nostra esperienza umana.

NATHALIE COMAS, è una INSEGNANTE Yoga professionista, ha alle spalle più di di 1000 ore di formazione, avendo studiato a Mysore e Kerala, India per 10 anni. Dopo la formazione ha iniziato ad insegnare yoga full time, per vari Teacher training e ritiri in Thailandia, Indonesia e Spagna. Nathalie è anche una cuoca vegetariana di grande esperienza avendo studiato Ayurveda e Naturopatia per molti anni. Nathalie organizza anche propri ritiri oltre che far parte dello staff di insegnanti di SYM nelle formazioni di 200 h e 300 h per insegnanti di Yoga. Originariamente Nathalie ha una formazione in Hotel management ed ha lavorato per diversi anni in hotel e resort di lusso in diverse località nel mondo, prima di dedicare la propria vita allo Yoga.

9,30 – 11,30 Asana, pranayama e meditazione con Nathalie
11,30 – 11,45 pausa- tea break
11,45 – 12,45 Kirtan (canto) e filosofia con Nathalie e Massimo Cantara
POMERIGGIO:
15,30 – 17 – 30 Asana, pranayama e meditazione con Nathalie
17,30 – 17,45 pausa- tea break
17,45 – 19,00 Kirtan (canto), filosofia e rilassamento finale con suoni con Nathalie e Massimo Cantara
COSTO
Il costo dell’intera giornata è di 75€ - si può comunque partecipare alla sola mattiunata al costo di 40€.
