E' possibile prenotare la cena presso l'agriturismo al numero 0431 91417 ma anche consigliamo di prenotare il PIC-NIC con prodotti tipici da consumare tra le vigne (25 euro a persona , sia vegetariano che non) anche durante i concerti, incluso cestino, primo piatto, secondo, dolce o frutta, vino e coperta per sedersi.
*il pic-nic è preparato dall'Azienda Agricola Tarlao e il pagamento non sarà trattenuto da AESON che funge solo da intermediario.
Gli eventi si svolgeranno a piedi, in aree naturali e rurali perciò si raccomanda di indossare calzature e vestiti comodi adatti all'occasione. Consigliamo di portare con se un plaid per sedersi, acqua, autan e/o crema solare, una torcia per gli eventi notturni.
In media l'evento, durerà circa 3 ore.
Verranno adottate tutte le misure di contenimento del contagio del COVID-19 secondo direttive di legge.
Saranno disponibili gadgets e magliette AESON.
Raccomandiamo al pubblico massima puntualità.
