We'll start from Guillestre hiking up le Queyras regional parc following a trail already explored and tracked to know where we'll camp and where are the beautifull places to pratic, to take a bath, to feel the wilderness... Every day we'll wake up with the sun, and Francesco will be help us to warm up the body trhough Acro Yoga and Felndenkrais,,and get ready to hike toward the next wanderfull spot!

I'm luca from italy! I've been working till 30 like a carpenter in my hometown, and then, thanks to a woman, i started backpacking around the world. Now are almost 10 years i'm travelling.. Since the first moment i met people that changed myself sharing their life experience and knowledge, and this is the best gift i've been recived after the birth. Now i feel is time to share this gift to other people, creating a magic journey and invite teachers i met on my path. The nature is gonna be the only possible playground for me, and camping is the best way i found to deep experiencing the connection with mother heart!
