🔆 22 marzo – Sun Salutations cantati in sanscrito + Sound Bath
Celebriamo insieme l’equinozio di primavera con 108 Saluti al Sole, accompagnati dai sacri mantra solari in sanscrito.
Il Surya Namaskar, o Saluto al Sole, è una sequenza dinamica di posizioni che risveglia il corpo, attiva il fuoco interiore (tapas) e ci connette con l’energia vitale del Sole. Quando praticato in ripetizione ciclica, diventa una potente meditazione in movimento, unendo respiro e corpo in un unico flusso armonico.
In questo workshop, ogni ciclo sarà accompagnato dal canto dei mantra solari, che amplificheranno l’energia della pratica, favorendo centratura, forza e chiarezza mentale. Il suono sacro delle vibrazioni in sanscrito porterà la mente in uno stato di profonda presenza e connessione con l’universo.
Dopo la pratica fisica, ci immergeremo in un Sound Bath con campane tibetane, per riequilibrare il corpo energetico e favorire il rilascio delle tensioni.
Un’esperienza unica per celebrare il cambiamento di stagione e rinnovare la propria energia interiore.
🌀 19 aprile – Dharma Yoga III + Sound Bath
Una pratica intensa e trasformativa, che integra Vinyasa, inversioni e posizioni stazionarie per un’esperienza dinamica e profonda.
🌙 24 maggio – Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
Una pratica lenta e introspettiva, per lasciar andare le tensioni più profonde e trovare equilibrio nel corpo e nella mente.
