'Contro' liberamente ispirato al testo di Sandra Rizza:' Una ragazza contro la mafia'.
Rita Atria si è uccisa a 17 anni. Quando ne aveva 11 la mafia le ha ammazzato il padre, pochi anni dopo averle ucciso il fratello. Si è ribellata al destino del silenzio, voleva una vita diversa, ha raccontato ai magistrati quello che sapeva sulla mafia del suo paese. La paura della vendetta mafiosa l'ha esiliata dalla Sicilia. Il 19 luglio 1992 Paolo Borsellino, giudice e padre per Rita Atria, muore in un agguato. Una settimana dopo Rita si suicida. La breve vita di Rita Atria ha le cadenze di una tragedia greca, l'onnipotente mafia la domina, come un destino.
