I Galactic Qualifier stanno arrivando in Italia! Modena Play sarà la prima fiera ad ospitare questi eventi, 2 il sabato e 1 la domenica. I vostri biglietti vi permetteranno di partecipare a tutti i Galactic Qualifier e a tutti i side event (i draft avranno dei costi aggiuntivi).

GALACTIC QUALIFIER
Sabato - Evento 1 (formato Standard):
6 round di svizzera, doppia eliminazione
Registrazioni: ore 9.00 – 10.00
Round 1: ore 10.30
Sabato - Evento 2 (formato Trilogy):
6 round di svizzera, doppia eliminazione
Registrazioni: ore 13.30 – 14.15
Round 1: ore 14.30
Domenica - Evento 3 (formato Standard):
6 round di svizzera, doppia eliminazione
Registrazioni: ore 9.00 – 10.00
Round 1: ore 10.30
SIDE EVENT
I side event inizieranno ogniqualvolta ci sono 8 partecipanti pronti. I draft avranno dei costi aggiuntivi per i booster pack, a meno che non possediate già dei booster pack sigillati.

Ultimo POD: ore 16.30
Domenica - Draft
Primo POD: ore 12.00

The Galactic Qualifiers are coming to Italy! Modena Play will host the first three Galactic Qualifiers in Italy, 2 on Saturday and 1 of Sunday. Your ticket will allow you to play in all qualifiers and all side events (extra costs for drafts).

GALACTIC QUALIFIER
Saturday - Qualifier 1 (Standard format):
6 rounds swiss, double elimination
Registration: 9am-10am
Round 1: 10.30am
Saturday - Qualifier 2 (Trilogy format):
6 rounds swiss, double elimination
Registration: 1.30pm -2.15pm
Round 1: 2.30pm
Sunday - Qualifier 3 (Standard format):
6 rounds swiss, double elimination
Registration: 9am-10am
Round 1: 10.30am
SIDE EVENT
We will run draft events as there is demand. When we have 8 players wanting to draft, we will start a draft. There will be extra costs for booster packs, or you can bring your own sealed.
Saturday - Draft
First POD: 12pm
Final POD: 4.30pm
Sunday - Draft
First POD: 12pm
Final POD: 3pm

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
