concerto del Grande Coro di Roma in favore di due realtà importantissime per il benessere dei bambini gravemente malati: l’Associazione Dynamo Camp Onlus e l’Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica “Giovani e Tenaci”.
La prima offre settimane gratuite di terapia ricreativa presso il Camp di Limestre in provincia di Pistoia a bambini gravemente malati. Un luogo dove i bambini con gravi patologie tornano ad essere bambini, un luogo in cui la vera cura è ridere e la medicina è l'allegria. L’A.S.D. invece promuove il progetto di una squadra di basket di bambini e ragazzi in carrozzella della Fondazione Santa Lucia allenata da Carlo Di Giusto, coach della nazionale italiana di pallacanestro in carrozzina (Fipic).
Il Grande Coro è composto da circa 100 elementi che provengono da 7 Cori: * Castelli Singers, Coro Polifonico Dipendenti RAI di Roma, FAO/WFP Staff Philharmonic Choir, Coro INAIL InCanto, Coro Polifonico Dipendenti INPS, Coro Polifonico Dipendenti TIM e Coro Dipendenti MiBACT. E' formato da Cantanti non professionisti uniti dalla passione per la musica ed il canto che hanno come fine quello di sostenere, con entusiasmo ed impegno, iniziative di solidarietà e di giustizia sociale tramite il volontariato.
Il Coro è accompagnato al piano, durante i concerti, da Andrea Calvani e Antonio Cama e si avvale anche della collaborazione di Solisti di levatura internazionale come il Mezzosoprano Statunitense Amalia Dustin.
Il Repertorio spazia nei diversi generi musicali:
dal Musical (My Fair Lady, Cats, Les Misérables), alle colonne sonore dei Film, al Pop, all’Opera (trascrizioni) ed è in continua evoluzione per offrire al pubblico momenti di piacere ed emozioni.
Hanno organizzato concerti benefici in favore di: Telethon, ONU Agency, United Nations Women's Guild, Emergency, Medici Senza Frontiere, Sovrano Militare Ordine di Malta, Caritas, Croce Rossa Italiana, Ambasciata di Haiti, Ospedale Bambino Gesù, Ospedale S.Camillo, Fondazione Ospedale S.Lucia, Università Campus Bio-Medico, Villaggio Litta, ABE, ADA España, AISM, Amistad, Antea, Fratelli Maristi "Non uno di meno", La Stella di Lorenzo, Lions, Mais, Peter Pan, Sanes, Tutti per un Cuore, Un Canto per Maja, Viva la Vita, Casa Circondariale di Rebibbia, Popolazioni colpite dal terremoto, ecc.
Hanno cantato Il 1°Maggio 2015, per le celebrazioni del Quirinale per la "Festa del Lavoro", l'Inno Nazionale Italiano alla Presenza del Presidente della Repubblica Italiana Sergio Mattarella (evento ripreso in diretta su RAI News e SKY News24h).
Sarà una bella serata di divertimento e solidarietà con la presenza in platea di illustri ospiti! L'ingresso è ad offerta libera.
